About the Company
- Who is WELT Filter?
- WELT Filter is an Ankara-based automotive and industrial filter manufacturer. Since 2003, we've been manufacturing with our founding team's 30-plus years of experience in filtration.
- Which product categories do you manufacture?
- We manufacture across 7+ categories — oil, air, fuel, cabin (pollen), dust, crankcase breather and hydraulic filters — spanning passenger vehicles, heavy-duty trucks and construction/agricultural machinery.
Products & Verification
- Do your products have quality certificates?
- Our products are tested in modern laboratories in line with international standards, and housings go through automated leak testing. Quality certificates and technical data sheets (PDF) are shared on request — let us know via the contact form which product/category you need documentation for.
- What if there's no WELT equivalent for the OEM code I'm looking for?
- Our product range is continuously expanding. If the site returns no result for your code, use the "Contact Us" option on the search results page to send us the code — we prioritize our database expansion based on these requests.
- What if a product turns out to be defective?
- When installed and operated per the instructions, if a product is found to have a material or manufacturing defect, we replace the faulty filter at no cost and cover repair costs for parts damaged as a result of the filter failure. Contact us to report a defect.
Ordering & Delivery
- What are the delivery times?
- Domestic delivery times depend on stock availability; export orders depend on container/partial-load and customs clearance timelines. We recommend contacting us before ordering to confirm exact timing.
- How do I place an order?
- You can reach us by phone (+90 312 354 41 85) or through the contact form. Our hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (GMT+3).
Distributorship, Bulk Orders & Export
- How do I apply for a distributorship?
- You can submit your application through the form on the "Become a Distributor" page and let us know your operating region and current product portfolio. We'll get in touch after reviewing your application.
- Is there a minimum order quantity for bulk/export orders?
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies by product category and requested SKU mix. Contact us for export pricing and MOQ details.
